Le Tissier was born on April 18, 2002, and is a professional football player for both the England national team and the Women’s Super League team Manchester United.
Her football career started in the channel island of Guernsey, where she was a member of the St. Martins A.C. boys’ club, coached by her father, Darren Le Tissier. When she was thirteen, she even flew to Hampshire to play twice a month for the county team because there were no female teams on the island. She stayed with St. Martins until she was sixteen years old.
When Le Tissier joined the Guernsey under-16 boys’ squad, she became the first female player in team history. To qualify for the 2019 UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship, Le Tissier was selected captain of the under-17 team in September 2018.
On March 6, 2020, she was promoted to the under-19 team and played against Sweden in the La Manga tournament. On October 25, 2021, at the age of 19, she made her debut for the under-23 team against Belgium in a friendly match. Le Tissier was called up for the first time as a senior England player in November 2022 for a friendly against Japan and Norway.
