August 22, 2021, marked her league debut for Corinthians against Avaí. On May 28, 2022, Tarciane scored her first goal in the league for Corinthians against Avaí. She extended her contract with Corinthians through 2024 in December of 2022.

The Houston Dash revealed on April 23, 2024, that Tarciane had been signed to a deal that would run through the 2026 season, with a mutual option for 2027. The largest transfer fee in Brazilian women’s football history was paid for this player.

Tarciane competed for the Brazilian under-17 and under-20 teams. On October 7, she made her senior national team debut on the international scene by substituting in a 4-1 victory over Norway. On April 6, 2024, Tarciane scored her maiden goal for her country after converting a penalty against Canada.
