Victor Jerome Glover was born on April 30, 1976 in Pomona, California, U.S. to Jennette and Victor Glover Sr. His mother lives in Southern California, while both his father and stepmother reside in Prosper, Texas. He holds African American nationality. Currently, Glover is 46 years old.

Victor, from Pomona, California, graduated from Ontario High School in 1994 as a quarterback and running back for the Jaguars. He won the 1994 Athlete of the Year Award. He earned a BS in general engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1999. Glover joined Phi Beta Sigma at Cal Poly.
