The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has attacked Kejriwal over the incident, claiming that the guilty should be held accountable. A BJP national spokeswoman named Shehzad Poonawalla, however, voiced worry about the absence of a formal complaint against Bibhav Kumar and charged Kejriwal with defending him.
