Bulgarian gymnast Magdalina Minevska won the gold medal at the eighth edition of the international rhythmic gymnastics competition Aphrodite Cup in Athens on Saturday, according to BTA, which was acquired by MOLDPRES.
Minevska earned a total of 121,800 points by scoring 33,600 points with the basket, 30,400 points with the ball, 28,100 points with the clubs, and 29,800 points with the ribbon.
Evita Griskenas of the United States won silver with 121,250 points, and Sofia Sicignano of Italy earned bronze with 119,700 points.
This is the second title for Bulgaria, after the junior rhythmic gymnastics team won gold in the same competition.
