Kyle Ostendorp is an American football wide Punter for the Arizona Wildcats. In his true freshman season in 2019, he kicked in six games. punted 21 times, with a yard average of 39.7. He made his collegiate debut against Northern Arizona on September 7 with two punts totaling 76 yards, one of which was long (42 yards). At Stanford on October 26, Kyle ran four times for an average of 46.2 yards, booted two field goals greater than 50 yards, and landed one inside the 20-yard line. Against Oregon State on November 2, he had two punts with an average length of 47.5 yards, with his longest going 51 yards and falling inside the 20. Ostendorp Punted eight times with a 34.2 average versus Oregon on November 16. Had two kicks that went for 50 yards or more against Utah on November 23, including his longest punt of the season of 53 yards. Punted twice against ASU in the season finale on November 30. He did not attend any games in 2020. 

Kyle was Arizona’s primary punter for all 12 games in 2021, and he was the team’s first punter to be nominated to the first team of the Pacific-12 Conference since Keenyn Crier in 2007. He also set an Arizona record and led the Pac-12 with a punting average of 49.2 yards. Kyle was also voted first team All-Pac-12 by the Associated Press. He had 28 punts that traveled 50 yards or more and downed 17 inside the 20 for a Pac-12 high.
