Perkins, Wife Vanity, was Investigated by Police in 2015 for a Domestic Altercation

On May 15, 2015, police investigated a roadside dispute between Cleveland Cavaliers center Kendrick Perkins and his wife, Vanity Perkins. When a 911 caller reported a disturbance, the two were pulled over in an SUV in Westlake, Ohio. Officers arrived and discovered that neither had visible injuries. Police questioned both Perkinses, who stated that the altercation was strictly verbal. An officer gave Perkins a ride home while his wife left in the SUV. Although no charges have been filed, a report has been submitted for review to the Westlake City Prosecutor’s office.
After an altercation outside a Houston club, Perkins was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Perkins posted a $1,000 bond on a misdemeanour assault charge on October 10, 2013. Following a traffic accident, he allegedly punched a man and a woman.
