Takeoff, born Kirshnik Khari Ball or Kirsnick Khari Ball, was an American rapper. Takeoff was the third member of Migos alongside the rappers Quavo and Offset. “See, you have to learn how to play your position, or play a position, cause understands it don’t matter what position you play, if the team wins, you get a championship ring. So, it might go over your head but what’s understood,” Clark stated in the video.
According to court documents, Clark was previously arrested in connection with another fatal shooting at a club in 2018. Documents show Clark was at Club Live on North Shepherd Drive around 3 a.m. when a security guard pepper-sprayed a man. According to police, the pepper-sprayed man went to his vehicle, pulled out a pistol, and shot at the guard and Clark.
Clark and the security guard are both accused of returning fire and shooting the man. He was declared dead at the scene.

Another man Cameron Isiah Joshua is also arrested: How is Cameron Joshua involved?
Just hours before Clark’s arrest, Cameron Isiah Joshua, 22, was also charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon. On November 22, he was arrested. In connection with the shooting, law enforcement announced Joshua’s arrest on a felon in possession of a weapon charge. Prosecutors stated in court that Joshua is not suspected of firing a weapon during Takeoff’s shooting.
“We believe Cameron Joshua has been appropriately charged in this case, and we’re continuing our investigation into the death of Takeoff,” Harris County prosecutor Matt Gilliam said after Wednesday’s hearing.
In terms of his criminal history, Joshua posted a $300 bond after being charged with motor vehicle burglary on April 3, 2022. According to records, he was also listed as an out-of-state fugitive on a robbery warrant in Los Angeles, California.

Police arrested Clark without incident on the city’s east side Thursday evening.
