She began her career in the legislative office of Deputy Vanderlei Assis (PP-SP), whose term was recommended for cancellation by the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry into the “Bloodsuckers Scandal” in August 2006. She later became the secretary to Deputy Marco Aurélio Ubiali (PSB-SP).
