Ruja Ignatova, Konstantin’s sister, is currently unknown. Authorities believe she may travel to the United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Russia, Germany, Greece, or Eastern Europe using a forged German passport after undergoing plastic surgery to change her appearance.
